  • What makes an effective briefing?
  • Why do briefing styles differ across various organizations?
  • What are the primary dos and don’ts of formal presentations?
  • How critical are non-verbal cues?
  • How can I use PowerPoint as a positive rather than negative aid?
  • What is the best way to deliver a warning message?
