The Forum provides access controlled classroom and conference facilities for U.S. Government clients.

All facilities are designed with state-of-the art technology to enhance group communication and interaction. All rooms have multiple whiteboards, full A/V functionality, and computer access.

FACILITIES

Most rooms at The Forum can be custom configured for classes, conferences, facilitation exercises, or small workgroup activities. Full or partial catering services can be provided at additional cost for any event conducted at The Forum.


Classrooms Three 24-person classrooms with adjacent breakout rooms.

Conference Room

 

Meeting space for up to 100 people. Abundent white boards,projection and sound system.

 

Breakout/Facilitation Rooms Up to six breakout/facilitation rooms to support ongoing classes, conferences, meetings, or "offsites."

Student Lounge/Internet & telephone access   Catering services available; full kitchen access.

Classrooms Up to 24 students with projection, sound system, and IT support with access to three adjacent breakout rooms.

    $950/Day  



Meeting Rooms 6-12 people with projection, whiteboards and IT support.

   $500/Day 
Discounts apply should Pherson Associates be contracted to provide instruction or facilitate the event. Adjacent breakout rooms are available for $100 each. Laptop computers are available for $300 (1-10) or $500 (11-25) per course. Custom configurations and rates are available on request.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

The Forum is conveniently located in Reston, Virginia one mile from the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267-W). It is easily accessible from anywhere in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. The Forum can be accessed by the Orange Line via the West Falls Church Metro and Express Bus 951.
