Over the past ten years, we have focused specifically on leadership skills through our support for National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Leadership Development Program (LDP), NGA’s All Leaders Coaching Program (ALCP), TSA’s Leadership Development program, and NLRB’s Executive Coaching Program.
We have gained real-world experience tailoring leadership training, delivering meaningful and highly experiential leadership training, and delivering assessments and coaching services to government employees at all levels, from emerging leaders to Senior Executives. We transitioned training and coaching services to the virtual environment, all the while maintaining a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
